Hello friends and Happy New Year! What a whirlwind last year was. For me, it was not without challenges, some which I am still navigating. But it brought the opportunity to practice how I look at my circumstances. We always have the choice to see the glass half-full or half-empty. I miss owning the aerial studio, and splitting away in 2024 from the company I founded was hard. But I mindfully choose to focus on the blessings that came out of leaving, such as being free to focus on my growth as a performer. And, wow, did 2024 bring some incredible performance opportunities, and more are on the horizon for 2025.
I encourage you to take some time to reflect on your past year. Questions to consider:
What went well?
What didn't go as planned?
Are there any lessons or blessings hiding in the circumstances that didn't go as expected?
Knowing what I now know, what do I want out of the New Year?
Feel free to dream big! Remember, you can have anything you want out of the New Year as long as you are willing to work for it.
This Month's Mantra:
"I am capable of turning obstacles into opportunity."
What I Am Thankful for and Excited About
✨2025 ~ I am grateful for the opportunity to mindfully choose what I will bring along with me into the New Year. If you are here reading, you made the cut and are coming along with! Thanks for being here!
✨Not one, but TWO New Year's Eve Parties ~ At the time of writing this, I am preparing for a New Year's Eve Disco performance at Herb & Omni and an EDM / Hip Hop Party at the O'Shaughnessy Center (both in Whitefish). I was double-booked at both of those venues to ring in 2020, and I am so pumped to get to run back and forth between the two venues performing to my heart's content once again!
✨Montana's Got Talent Video ~ We finally got the video footage! If you want to see our act, check it out here. Thank you to everyone who came out to support us and a HUGE thank you to Mariah for suggesting we do this. It was quite an adrenaline rush to get to perform on that stage!
✨More Events ~ I have been booking performances for 2025 and I am excited to launch my Events webpage here. If there are other events that I should know about, please reach out!

My favorite song for the New Year ~ Madame Gandhi's "Bad Habits" will definitely be on my playlist this month. Madame Gandhi is a feminist activist known for her uplifting music with positive messaging. This song is an electronic afrobeat anthem about being your best self, perfect for the New Year. What you listen to matters!
